Hoe kunnen het Fries en andere regionale talen de kwaliteit van de zorg bevorderen? Wat betekent het voor de pati\u00ebnt en wat voor de organisatie? Over dit thema organiseerde DINGtiid, het Rijksadviesorgaan voor de Friese taal, op 9 november 2024 een lezing met paneldiscussie. Sprekers waren Nynke Boonstra, Sjoerd Steegstra, Thomas M\u00fcller en Annemieke Hofs. Binnenkort publiceren we hier de videoregistratie (met ondertiteling en NGT-tolk).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over de sprekers<\/strong>
\nNynke Boonstra<\/span> is hoogleraar Verplegingswetenschap in de GGZ (UMCU), lector Zorg & Innovatie in de psychiatrie (NHL Stenden), en directeur Zorg en verpleegkundig specialist GGZ bij KieN. Ze onderzoekt en ontwikkelt methoden om de zorg voor mensen met psychische kwetsbaarheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n

Sjoerd Steegstra<\/span> volgde de opleiding \u2018Ervaringsdeskundige in de zorg en welzijn\u2019 aan NHL Stenden. Hij is werkzaam als jeugdconsulent voor de gemeente Noardeast-Frysl\u00e2n en actief als zelfstandig coach en adviseur bij De Herstelfries. Als tiener onderging hij verschillende GGZ-trajecten. Met zijn ervaring helpt hij anderen. Wat betekent het Fries voor zijn werk?<\/p>\n

Thomas M\u00fcller<\/span> is uroloog in ziekenhuis Nij Smellinghe. Hij groeide op in Duitsland. Voor zijn werk in Drachten verdiepte hij zich in de Friese taal en cultuur. Friestalige pati\u00ebnten nodigt hij uit om Fries te spreken. Wat levert hem dat op?<\/p>\n

Annemieke Hofs<\/span> is klinisch psycholoog in ziekenhuis Nij Smellinghe en trainer van het recent opgezette programma \u2018Noflike Taal\u2019. Ze coacht zorgprofessionals in hoe zij met behulp van slimme communicatie, pati\u00ebnten beter op hun gemak kunnen stellen. Welke rol speelt taalkeuze hierin?<\/p>\n
