Voor de gelegenheid werd het reisgezelschap aangevuld met een externe onderzoeker.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2199\" src=\"https:\/\/dingtiid.frl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wurkbesite-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"766\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Het belangrijkste doel van de studiereis was om informatie op te halen over hoe meertaligheid in de samenleving leeft en fungeert \u2013 met name in de vroegschoolse fase \u2013 en hoe dit op politiek en onderwijskundig gebied handen en voeten krijgt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taalachtergrond<br \/>\n<\/strong>In S\u00fcd-Tirol wordt Italiaans, Duits en Ladinisch gebruikt en onderwezen. Het Ladinisch is verdeeld over drie provincies in Itali\u00eb: S\u00fcd-Tirol, Trente en Beluner. In S\u00fcd-Tirol zijn ongeveer 20.200 sprekers van het Ladinisch. Alle 17 kindergartens zijn drietalig. In de grote stadskernen wordt vooral Italiaans gesproken.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bezoeken<br \/>\n<\/b>De delegatie van DINGtiid bracht een bezoek aan verschillende instanties en sprak met (vertegenwoordigers van):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een Kindergarten in de provincie Bozen;<\/li>\n<li>Decaan van de onderwijsfaculteit van de Vrije Universiteit van Brixen\/Bressone;<\/li>\n<li>Ladin Cultural Institute<\/li>\n<li>Lokale basisschool<\/li>\n<li>Drietalige kinderopvang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aanpak in S\u00fcd-Tirol is dat er van ieder kind een taalprofiel wordt gemaakt. Er is ge\u00ebxperimenteerd met verschillende taal- en onderwijsconstructies. Uiteindelijk werkt voor hen &#8220;eine Woche &#8211; eine Sprache&#8221; het beste. Verder ligt er een pedagogisch plan voor de werknemers. Die moeten alle drie talen kunnen spreken. Naast 1 week = 1 taal, heeft elke taal ook een eigen kleur. Het materiaal op school wordt zo samengesteld dat alle drie talen beschikbaar zijn. Voor de interne documentatie mogen de medewerkers zelf kiezen welke taal ze gebruiken, voor de documentatie naar de ouders worden alle drie talen gebruikt.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meertaligheid bij opleidingen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het leren van verschillende talen is een belangrijk onderdeel in de verschillende opleidingen. Al in het onderwijs worden studenten zich bewust van de meertalige situatie in hun regio. Zo is Innsbr\u00fcck traditioneel de universiteit voor S\u00fcd-Tirol. De docenten bij een kindergarten doen een universitaire opleiding (kindergarten en primair onderwijs in \u00e9\u00e9n). In 1997 kwam er een meertalige universiteit in Bozen\/Bolzano, om ook Duitstalige docenten voor kindergartens te krijgen. En bij deze universiteit zijn alleen studies die niet in Innsbr\u00fcck en Trentino te volgen zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Studenten aan de universiteit van Bozen \/ Bolzano (ook bijvoorbeeld studenten Economie) moeten alle drie talen volgen. Afhankelijk van hun eigen achtergrond maken zij een keuze welke taal hun 1e keuze is, en welke de 2e of 3e. De talen moeten allemaal een bepaald niveau hebben. De universiteit van Innsbruck deed in 2017-2019 onderzoek naar Kindergartens in de beide Ladinische dalen Gr\u00f6den en Gadertal. Conclusies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het vroeg leren van talen gaat niet ten koste van de eerste taal &#8211; in tegendeel, die eerste taal wordt versterkt;<\/li>\n<li>Door de aanwezigheid van een natuurlijke meertaligheid leren de kinderen veel van elkaar (impliciet leren );<\/li>\n<li>Een waarderende houding van het pedagogische personeel voor meertaligheid is van grote betekenis voor het slagen van deze aanpak;<\/li>\n<li>Kinderen met meerdere talen zijn niet overbelast, als er maar specifieke prestatiegestelde doelen worden;<\/li>\n<li>De taalontwikkeling verloopt niet lineair, en ook individuele kinderen kunnen een verschillende ontwikkeling hebben;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al dient opgemerkt te worden dat door de recente geschiedenis in Itali\u00eb er ook wel verschillend wordt gedacht over talen. Om de 10 jaar wordt in een sensus gevraagd (meting) gevraagd wat de mensen willen.
