Op onze DINGtiid-lezing <a href=\"https:\/\/dingtiid.frl\/nl\/sfeerimpressie-en-lezingen-van-eerste-dingtiid-lezing-2022\/\">2022<\/a> werd duidelijk dat dat zeker reden is tot een feestje, maar &#8216;<\/strong><strong>\u2018it takes two to tango\u2019. Volgens Kox doet Nederland het niet perse heel slecht, maar zijn er nog geen voldoende verbeteringen mogelijk. Op de DINGtiid-lezing van 2022 analyseerde hij de toekomstbestendigheid van het Europees Handvest, en deed hij het voorstel om tot een Lokaal Handvest te komen. In Den Haag ging hij er verder op in hoe overheden, zoals gemeenten in Frysl\u00e2n met de inwoners tot zo&#8217;n handvest kunnen komen om de ambities van de Friese taal en cultuur vast te leggen.
